In a year heavily impacted by the crisis, EasyGest Board members saw an opportunity that was to specialize in the Real Estate Funds and Builders with Banking Protocols.

After a quick growth registered, EasyGest started to mediate also at the private residential market, in which it is today one of the main players.

A 100% national real estate agency, with a network of its own stores, which guarantees the same quality standard, the same serious, transparent and responsible feedback to the needs of its customers.

EasyGest has been a credit intermediary since February 15, 2019, under the new legal regime on credit intermediary activity that came into force on January 1, 2018.

EasyGest took its know-how from a prior experience, on bank repossessed properties sales, and brought that to the private property market, bringing many partnerships and protocols with the best specialists in home loans and leasing, developing its know-how, that now allows the certification of 70 consultants.

EasyGest, as a Credit Intermediary, is qualified to participate in the credit granting process:

• Presenting or proposing consumer credit agreements;
• Assisting consumers in the preparatory acts of credit agreements even if they have not been submitted or proposed by you.
